Electrohydraulic amplifier (EHA.S)

Electrohydraulic amplifier (EHA.S), (servovalves) are devices which produce hydraulic flow output ported to an actuator proportional to electrical (current) input. Electrohydraulic amplifiers EHA.S are commonly used where precise control of force, acceleration, velocity, or position is required.

Amplifiers are used in electrohydraulic control systems of:
— equipment for vibration testing of materials, structural components and complete vehicles;
— stands for traffic simulation (flight, riding, swimming, etc.)
— industrial robots and manipulators;
— hydraulic and gas turbines;
— solution of rolling mills;
— press equipment;
— machine tools;
— railway tamping machines;
— electric melting furnaces;
— vibratory seismic devices, etc.

Amplifiers are produced of eight standard sizes according to consumption of working fluid:

SPECIFICATIONS

Change limits of electrical continuous current signal input of DC:  minus 100 — 0 — plus 100 mA.
Resistance of input circuit: 60 ± 10 Ohm
Inductance of input circuit: not more than 2Gn
Effective value of current oscillations (the variable component of the frequency of 250+50 Hz superimposed on the input signal):  from 5 to 8 mA.
Supply pressure: 1,6-32 MPa.
Working environment: mineral oils.
Operating temperature range of oil: from +20 to +70 ° C

Dead zone at a power pressure of 32 MPa from the changes range of the input signal, not more: 0,4 %.
