Our company PJSC «Scientific-Production Enterprise Teploautomat" offers services on increasing the service life of parts of industrial equipment due to wear-resistant protective galvanic coatings.

High quality of work is achieved due to the high professionalism of our staff. Our specialists are professionals, who specialize in working with complex, highly specialized items and successfully solve the technical problems to provide the required quality.

We provide the following services on electrplating:

CHROME PLATING

Chrome is one of the most ubiquitous forms of electroplating. Chrome plating is used as a product for protection against corrosion, wear, adhesion to the surface contacting materials and decorative surface finishing products.
High hardness and wear resistance, low friction, high heat resistance and good chemical resistance provide details, chrome-plated, long service life under all operating conditions.
Depending on the mode of electroplating can be obtained chromium coatings with different properties:

- Flexible and non-porous coating, the so-called "Milky CHROME", has low hardness;
- "Bright chrome" has the highest hardness and wear resistance;
- "Hard chrome", the precipitation of chromium coatings of gray, a high hardness and brittleness.

Specifications:

Overal dimensions of baths (length * width * depth):
800*250*500 mm

Maximum weight of coated part:
not more than 100 kg

Coating thickness:
20 μm

ANODIZING

Anodizing of aluminum is used to protect parts from corrosion, giving high electrical insulation properties, as well as decorative species as a base coat before painting, and for several other purposes.
The coatings obtained by anodizing technology can also perform a strengthening function, because they have improved wear resistance.

Specifications:

Overal dimensions of baths (length * width * depth):
700*250*300 mm

Maximum weight of coated part:
not more than 15 kg

Coating thickness:
12 μm

ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATING

Chemical nickel plating is used for nickel coating of details of any configuration. Chemically reduced nickel has high corrosion resistance, high hardness and wear resistance, which can be significantly increased by heat treatment.

Specifications:

Overal dimensions of baths (length * width * depth):
200*200*200 mm

Maximum weight of coated part:
not more than 10 kg

Coating thickness:
10 μm

GALVANIZING

Galvanizing is the most common galvanic process, which is used to protect steel from corrosion damage. Galvanized parts have a nice decorative look and anodic protection in the standard operating conditions.

Specifications:

Overal dimensions of baths (length * width * depth):
600*300*500 mm

Maximum weight of coated part:
not more than 100 kg

Coating thickness:
20 μm

CHEMICAL OXIDATION

Blackened metal (cold blacking, chemical oxidation) produces preservative coating of different colors (most often - black), which together with the beautiful appearance provides corrosion protection.
Chemical oxidation does not change the sizes of products, threads, holes, gaps - this feature is important in the processing of parts with high precision, so coating of articles with many holes demanding tolerances to cover can be provided.

Specifications:

Overal dimensions of baths (length * width * depth):
500*300*300 mm

Maximum weight of coated part:
not more than 100 kg

Coating thickness:
1 μm

TIN-BISMUT

Coating is characterized by good adhesion with copper and its alloys, is easily soldered and retains these properties for a long period of time without melting. After prolonged storage it does not require the use of acidic fluxes.

Specifications:

Overal dimensions of baths (length * width * depth):
600*250*500 mm

Maximum weight of coated part:
not more than 15 kg

Coating thickness:
20 μm

ELECTROCHEMICAL POLISHING

Electrochemical polishing of stainless steel - a technology that allows replacing laborious methods of mechanical grinding and polishing of the surface of products with a fast and efficient electrochemical polishing. Electropolishing gives a beautiful decorative view, increases the degree of surface smoothness by 1-2 classes, removes traces of heat treatment and dulls sharp edges.
